Delve deeply into the life that's been lived and question the value of your significance. Embrace the fear and look it square in the eye, see it's control over you, the irrationality it's caused in you. Then breathe deeply, hold your breath as long as you can and exhale, hold it as long as you can. Breathe deeply, this time forcing it out as fast as you can. Breathe deeply and then let it all go out with a subtle kind of ease. Return your breath to normal. Observe it's flow, feel it's warmth enter through your center and spread throughout your body. Now let it go.
