Pay Attention

Pay attention to the messaging you are being fed, what they are telling you to believe about your existence.


No contemplation is required, just a pure awareness of the totality. Study how the structure is formed, the logical fallacy of how reality is shaped by the words used to express the idea.


Take it in and let it all go, without pondering it any further. Just be aware, be fully aware, that is all, and the rest comes naturally.
